The Hotel Abroad That Loves Israelis And Offers A Discount
The Paphos region of Cyprus has been a favorite destination for Israeli tourists for many years. The short flight of about 40 minutes, pleasant weather, Greek ambiance, and warm people make it a top choice for a vacation. But perhaps the main reason is the chance to enjoy luxurious hotels at quite attractive prices.
We visited M Boutique Hotel in Paphos, highly recommended for a romantic and pampering getaway. This luxurious boutique hotel was recently opened by the Cypriot Kuutio Group and combines a relaxing beach vacation with gourmet cuisine. Its location is excellent: just a minute's walk from the hotel to the promenade and the sea (and only about a 20-minute drive from Paphos Airport and about an hour and a half from Larnaca Airport). To maintain a romantic and relaxed atmosphere, the hotel hosts adults only (18+), so you won't have to worry about noisy children ruining your holiday abroad.

M Boutique Hotel is located where the "Daphne" apartment hotel once stood, whose construction began in 1975, shortly after the Turkish invasion of northern Cyprus. Even then, the Chrysomilos family, the hotel's owners, had a vision to rebuild Paphos and establish it as an attractive destination for tourists worldwide. The hotel was recently rebuilt in memory of Maria, the mother of co-owner Anthimos Economides, who passed away about five years ago and dedicated her life to managing the place for over 20 years. Her son, Anthimos Economides, grew up in the hotel and later became a businessman. He decided to rebuild the hotel and manage it in a luxurious boutique style, as it has recently been launched.
The hotel staff was dedicated and courteous, ready for any request. In these times, when many fear speaking Hebrew abroad due to protests and expressions of hatred against Israel, in Cyprus and the hotel, the feeling was very welcoming towards Israelis. "The Israeli people are deep in my heart," said Economides. "The deep business ties I've created over the years with Israelis quickly turned into friendly and warm relations. Our boutique hotel represents a dream come true for me, becoming a sentimental project, not just a business."

The Israeli Chef Who Will Feed You
The hotel complex features 77 suites and rooms, including options with private pools and jacuzzis or rooms with balconies. One of the highlights of the hotel is its meticulous design, noticeable in every small detail: whether it's the stylish pool or the spacious and well-equipped rooms - wherever you look, you can enjoy the well-thought-out design. On the hotel's roof is a rooftop bar open until the early hours of the morning, featuring unique cocktails, a youthful atmosphere with a DJ, and a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. Additionally, the hotel boasts a beautiful pool, a luxurious spa with a sauna, and a fitness room.
The hotel's chef restaurant, "Geppetto," is simply excellent - a pure culinary delight. It is led by Israeli chef Rafi Cohen, who worked for about 15 years in leading restaurants in Australia. Diners can experience a special "Farm to Table" experience, as all the rich and varied menu items are made from fresh ingredients sourced daily from local producers and farmers in the area. For example, the olive oil is produced on a farm in the Paphos mountains, and the delicious halloumi cheeses come directly from local factories and pastures. Even the wines served are exclusively sold to the hotel from an ancient monastery nearby.

Shawarma, Schnitzel, and Even Israeli Music
If you crave kosher Israeli food, you have no reason to worry and won't have to go far. Near the hotel is the "Saba" restaurant: a Mediterranean-Israeli restaurant where you immediately feel at home. The menu includes various dishes such as shawarma, schnitzel, burgers, falafel, kebabs, and even Israeli music playing in the background.
The hotel is very pampering, but if you want to venture out, you can take sea trips to the Blue Lagoon, the shipwreck, or Turtle Island. You can also walk along the promenade by the sea, stroll through the old city and the local market. M Boutique Hotel also offers various tours outside the city. One of them is to the ancient monastery in the heart of the mountains, where a winery has been operating for hundreds of years, producing wines from unique grape varieties not found in any other European country. Wine tasting is recommended.

Warning For Tesco Shoppers As £20million Of Clubcard Vouchers Set To Expire – Code To Check As Some Worth TRIPLE Value
TESCO shoppers have been issued a warning over £20million worth of Clubcard voucher codes set to expire.
The UK's largest supermarket is urging loyalty card customers to use any Reward Partner codes within the next three weeks.

Tesco is urging Clubcard holders to redeem Reward partner pointsCredit: GettyTesco's Clubcard scheme works by offering you points on any purchases made in store or online.
These points can then be used to get money off future shops.
But you can also increase the value of the points by redeeming them with one of Tesco's partners.
Rewards partners are companies Tesco works with including Disney+, the RAC, as well as a range of hotels and restaurants.
To redeem points with partners, you have to turn them into vouchers, then into Partner Reward codes.
Clubcard points changed into Reward Partner codes usually need to be redeemed within six months.
Now, Tesco is warning there is £20million worth of codes which have been requested but not redeemed.
It is urging customers to use them up before they become invalid in a few weeks' time.

Tesco confirms Sunday roast essential is AXED from shelves after fans sob 'it's been gone for months'When Tesco announced the change last year, it said any codes redeemed before the June 13 deadline would be valid for a year, instead of six months.
That means anyone who requested the codes before this deadline has just a few weeks left to redeem them.
Ashwin Prasad, Tesco's chief commercial officer, said: "This half term we know that there will be customers who would like to be able to afford that extra day out or a meal out with the family.
"But we also know that many Clubcard customers could have Reward Partner codes to allow them to do just that, which they will lose if they do not use in the coming weeks.
"I would encourage all our Clubcard holders to check to see if they have a reward code to use up, because we don't want anyone to miss out."
Tesco has emailed customers asking if they have codes that are due to expire.
How to bag a bargain
SUN Savers Editor Lana Clements explains how to find a cut-price item and bag a bargain...
Sign up to loyalty schemes of the brands that you regularly shop with.
Big names regularly offer discounts or special lower prices for members, among other perks.
Sales are when you can pick up a real steal.
Retailers usually have periodic promotions that tie into payday at the end of the month or Bank Holiday weekends, so keep a lookout and shop when these deals are on.
Sign up to mailing lists and you'll also be first to know of special offers. It can be worth following retailers on social media too.
When buying online, always do a search for money off codes or vouchers that you can use vouchercodes.Co.Uk and myvouchercodes.Co.Uk are just two sites that round up promotions by retailer.
Scanner apps are useful to have on your phone. Trolley.Co.Uk app has a scanner that you can use to compare prices on branded items when out shopping.
Bargain hunters can also use B&M's scanner in the app to find discounts in-store before staff have marked them out.
And always check if you can get cashback before paying which in effect means you'll get some of your money back or a discount on the item.
It is also urging shoppers to use the Tesco Grocery and Clubcard app to check if any of their reward codes are nearing expiration.
It comes as the chain warned Clubcard holders earlier this month to use up £17million worth of vouchers before they expire on May 31.
How does Tesco's Clubcard work? You earn points as you shop, which can then be turned into vouchers for money off food or with Reward partners.
You earn one point for each £1 spent, and each point is then worth 1p.
So 150 points gets you £1.50, and you would have to spend £150 to get 150 points.
You need a minimum of 150 points to request a voucher.
Any vouchers are worth their face value when used in-store at Tesco.
But you can double their worth by spending them at one of the supermarket chain's partners.
Any Clubcard points turned into vouchers expire after two years.
Any vouchers transferred into Reward Partner codes expire after six months.
Loyalty card holders also get access to over 8,000 items for less through Clubcard Prices.
It comes after Tesco revealed they're selling a summer item for just £6 and it will help keep you cool at night.
And shoppers are racing to their nearest store after a savvy shopper spotted two deals perfect for summer.
