The Food Lion "Gobble Up Even More Savings" Promotion starts October 1. Customers can earn a $20 coupon when they shop 6 times and make a minimum purchase through Nov. 26!
Here's the Deal:
* Shop six times between Oct. 1 and Nov. 26 using your personal MVP card.
* Spend at least $50 in each shopping trip.
* You'll earn a $20 Food Lion coupon found at the bottom of the receipt after your 6th qualifying trip.
* Redeem the $20 coupon on your next shopping trip using your MVP card.
The coupons are valid two weeks from the date of issue. You can see your progress each week at the bottom of each receipt. Make sure you use your MVP card so you get credit for each purchase.
Exclusions: Purchases of pharmacy, alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, lottery and postage stamps do not count toward the $50 purchase requirement.
See all the details for this promotion on the Food Lion website.
Shop & Earn Rewards
Load monthly rewards to your MVP card and then they are automatically redeemed on your next shopping trip when your MVP card is scanned.
For instance, you may receive an offer for a $3 reward when you spend $15 in the Dairy Department during the course of the month. Once you reach the $15 mark, you will get $3 off your next shopping trip. It will not come off during the transaction where you earned the reward.
According to their website: "Rewards offers must be earned within the same calendar month and expire at the end of the following month. Rewards can be used only at Food Lion, have no cash value and are not transferable. Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of tobacco, alcohol, prescriptions, gift cards, stamps, services, including money orders, or lottery tickets and are not valid toward the purchase of dairy items in TN, PA or VA.
Rewards are automatically redeemed on the shopping visit after they are earned with use of your MVP Card. Refer to "Rewards Balance" in your MVP Wallet to see what is available for redemption."
