Final F1 Practice in Sochi Cancelled Due to Stormy Conditions, F2 Race Postponed - The Checkered Flag

The third and final practice of the Russian Grand Prix has been cancelled due to wet weather conditions. Saturday's schedule is planned to be a busy one but already two events have been marred due to rain. Not only has the third Free Practice been cancelled but the first FIA Formula 2 action of the weekend, which was due to run before the practice session, has been postponed. The next planned event for the day is the second race of the weekend for FIA Formula 3 at 13:40 Local Time / 11:40 BST. The first race of the weekend was moved to Friday afternoon, which saw Dennis Hauger crowned the 2021 Champion. Formula 1 is due to run Qualifying at 15:00 Local Time / 13:00 BST. There have already been talks that qualifying may have to be moved to Sunday morning, as the weather is forecasted to be much better conditions. MicroStrategy was a first mover to add bitcoin to its balance sheet, and the company has never looked back. Now Michael Saylor, MicroStrategy's CEO, has tipped his hand to the company's future plans, which are likely to include buying more bitcoin. Based on MicroStrategy's stock price, investors can't get enough of bitcoin either. After buying approximately 9,000 bitcoins in the third quarter, MicroStrategy is prepared to raise more capital for its bitcoin plans. Saylor stated in the company's Q3 earnings report, "We will continue to evaluate opportunities to raise additional capital to execute on our bitcoin strategy." The company doled out about $420 million for the bitcoins in Q3 at an average price of $46,876 per coin, bringing its total to approximately 9,000 coins purchased in the quarter. Michaels Prepares Marketplace Offering to Offer More Than ‘Just Coupons and Discounts’ - Retail TouchPoints

Michaels will launch a marketplace for third-party craft supply sellers, though no debut date has been set. The Michaels Marketplace will be invite-only and aimed at "high-volume sellers of components, tools or craft materials," according to an announcement on the company's website. The retailer also is currently seeking third-party solution providers in areas including payment processors, order management and shipping and fulfillment. The announcement doesn't specify what relationship the marketplace will have with providers, but it does state that sellers can expect "integration and item setup via API, integration partners or web portal." The new marketplace could be built on top of a technology stack provided by Zibbet, according to Craft Industry Alliance . Zibbet, which previously powered a marketplace owned by Michaels competitor A.C. Moore , recently announced that it was acquired by "one of the largest companies in our industry.
